Go4u focuses on physical, location-based tasks that require someone to be present. Unlike freelance platforms for digital work, we connect you with local agents who can represent you in person, anywhere in the world.

Go4u is available worldwide. You can post tasks or find work in any country. We support multiple languages and currencies to make cross-border transactions seamless.

Click "Create Task" and follow the wizard: describe your task, set the location, choose your budget (or mark as volunteer), and publish. Our AI will help you write a clear, professional description.

Review agent profiles, ratings, and reviews from previous tasks. You can chat with applicants before making a deal to ensure they understand your requirements.

Yes. All payments are held in escrow until you approve the completed work. If the task isn't completed as agreed, you can request a refund through our dispute resolution process.

You can cancel a task anytime before a deal is made. Once a deal is created and payment is in escrow, cancellation terms depend on the agreement with your agent.

Sign up for a free account, complete your profile, and start browsing available tasks. We recommend verifying your identity to build trust and access more opportunities.

Earnings depend on the tasks you complete. You set your own rates when applying, and keep 90% of the agreed amount (10% service fee). There's no limit to how much you can earn.

Payment is released to your wallet as soon as the requester approves your completed work. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime.

Volunteer tasks have no monetary payment. Instead, agents receive a certificate of completion. These are great for building experience, community service, or helping others.

Requesters pay a 5% service fee on top of the task amount. Agents pay a 10% service fee which is deducted from their earnings. Volunteer tasks have no fees.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through Stripe. More payment options are coming soon.

When a deal is created, the requester's payment is held securely by Go4u. Once the task is completed and approved, the payment is released to the agent. This protects both parties.

If a task isn't completed as agreed, you can open a dispute within 7 days. Our team will review the case and issue a refund if appropriate.

Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Add Funds. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount (minimum $5). You can pay with any major credit or debit card via Stripe. Funds are available instantly after payment.

Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, choose your withdrawal method, and confirm. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Minimum withdrawal is $5.

Yes. When paying for a task, you can toggle "Use wallet balance" on the payment page. If your wallet covers the full amount, no card is needed. If your balance is partial, the rest is charged to your card.

Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Add Funds. At the bottom you will find "Have a gift code?" section. Enter your code and click Redeem. The gift amount will be added to your wallet instantly.

On the payment page when paying for a task, you will see a "Coupon code" field. Enter your code, click Apply, and the discount will be calculated and deducted from your total.

The deal process has 6 steps: 1) Agent applies with a message, 2) Requester accepts and both parties chat to discuss details, 3) Both parties confirm the deal, 4) Requester makes payment (held in escrow), 5) Agent completes the task and marks it as done, 6) Requester approves and payment is released.

After accepting, you enter a chat phase where you can discuss task details, timeline, and expectations with the agent. Both parties must then confirm the deal before moving to payment.

Dual confirmation acts like signing a contract. It ensures both the requester and agent agree on the task details, budget, and expectations before any payment is made. Either party can walk away during the chat phase.

Your payment is held securely in escrow. The agent is notified that funds are secured and can start working with confidence. You will be notified when the agent marks the task as done.

When the agent marks the task as done, you will see their delivery notes and can review the chat history. Click "Approve and release payment" to complete the deal, or "Dispute" if there is an issue. Payment auto-releases after 72 hours if not disputed.

Volunteer tasks have no payment — they are for people who want to help for free. The process is the same (apply, chat, confirm, complete) but without the payment step. Agents receive a certificate of volunteer service upon completion.

We offer optional identity verification through government ID. Verified users get a badge on their profile, helping build trust in the community.
